    I love that you mentioned that you are a slow loser, because I am too. Its been a year and almost 5 months for me and I've only lost 34lbs but slow and steady wins! Wonderful job!

    I've only just started - but can see that MFP is really helping....I'm glad you mentioned the 'eating your exercise calories earned' bit - as I worry that this may slow things down
