  • I'm on level 1 it's my 10th day and last day of level 1. Feel bit stronger and fitter, I start level 2 day 1 on Thursday . Can't wait to see end results in 20 days at the end. Good luck to people doing 30 day shred. ????
  • I'm on at the moment. I tend to gain weight about 3/4lbs, which makes me feel horrible. I exercise during my period feel hard and drink lots of water (a bit too much) which helps the bloating. I don't tend to eat much don't feel like eating during it. I do a lot of yoga, pilates and ab/core exercise to help weight loss.

  • Hi, you should try Jillian Micheals 30 day shred, it's a great workout DVD .I'm doing it at the moment alongside pilates, yoga and Zumba. These are some suggests you can also try kickboxing or circuit training is good as you can change and mix it up. Hope this helps you. Good luck ????
  • I'm currently on day 7 of jillian micheals 30 day shred, I can feel stronger and more toned. I may buy banish fat to do alongside 30 day shred. I have lost 2lbs. Good luck it is hard and you sweat lots but totally worth it.
