I use the tracker under weight training. Knowing that it is not accurate it only accounts for the actual time spent weight training , But since muscle continues to burn fat and calories all day long its impossible to really know how much. I have the same problem evenings and I love red wine too especially in the winter , I just started this week too. I find working on this site helps to keep me motivated in the evenings. I'm going to a Gala tonight that should be an interesting test to get through without undoing the good I've done yhis week .Good luck !

I just joined today too! I know what you mean though its not as easy as when we were younger but I think your body needs to adjust to your new regime. Stay th e course with consisitancy,and you'll see it drop off . At least thats my plan Let's keep each other motivated. Good Luck
