Multiple Grain Cheerios with chocolate protein powder

I love this cereal. It only has 110 calories for a FULL CUP of serving. I mixed half a serving of my chocolate protein shake with about a third cup of water and poured it on top. It tasted so good! I love that it only contains 160 calories and 12 g of protein! It just like chocolate fruity pebbles.

    I've heard it's very good that way. I've also read from others that used a Banana flavored shake with oatmeal and rasins.

    I haven't try the banana flavored shake, but will definitely give it a try . I will try my chocolate protein shake with oatmeal tomorrow I think it will be a hit for me. Thanks. :)

    I buy American sports nutrition, the chocolate flavor. It only has 104 calories in one scoop and 20g of protein
