I love Five Guys, but definitely a once in a while treat. I probably only eat it 2-3 times a year if that. It's my guilty pleasure, but I know my one burger comes to be well over 1,000 calories...1,00 delicious fatty, oh my goodness how on earth am I going to burn that off, calories! :)

For me, I have certainly cut back on carbs in comparison to what I used to eat, but I don't necessarily restrict my carbs at all. First off, I love carbs, 2nd of all they fuel my high intensity workouts! :) I think we all find our way and what works for us. I'd be soooo grumpy and tired on a low carb "diet."

It's as simple as me eating whatever I want whenever I want and eating when I'm not hungry. I don't like wasting food and will eat everything on my plate even if I felt sick afterwards. It took a while to adjust this mentality, but I have!
