  • He is following the rules, he is wearing a mask. The purpose of the mask is to protect those around you and he wasn't near anyone. If you are still worried about Covid at this point, get your shot or stay at home.
  • I am with the OP. If there was no one around you, then why does it matter? Glad the mask requirement is no longer a thing in my area.
  • Go to sleep! People forget how important sleep is for losing weight. So if you skip the late snacks and get more rest it is a win/win.

  • @SLIMn2016 - I weigh in daily after my morning shower. It helps me keep motivated because even going up a little means I messed up and I need to refocus and have a better day. My weight chart looks like a roller coaster but it keeps trending down so I am happy.

  • Daily post for Wednesday Track - Yes Calories - Under Exercise - 30 mins eliptical Back to working out. It feels good. I stared at a bag of chips in the pantry last night for longer than I would like to admit at 930pm last night. I held out and went to bed without them. No snack food regrets for me on Wednesday!

  • I would work out either harder or more, when you exercise now it is 20 lbs less weight to carry. But awesome job so far!
  • Ideal weight should be what you feel most comfortable with. Set a goal of 10 lbs or so and try to achieve it and reevaluate after that point. Gluck!
