I lost 20lb in total so far

but now...not even 1/2 lb lost ne more ... -.- :( ,any1 tell me wat should i do?

    More information needed. Exercise? Calorie Goal? Height/Weight/Age? Lifestyle (desk job, on your feet all day, etc)?

    I would work out either harder or more, when you exercise now it is 20 lbs less weight to carry. But awesome job so far!

    well to loose 20lb took me a month n half

    been stuck for 2 weeks :(

    and i work out but not really much ..had been doin 30 DS but not daily

    and im studyin so its like desk job i guess :/

    wat to do?

    How many calories are you eating? Do you use a food scale to weigh your food and measure free-pouring liquids? Are you logging everything?

    2 weeks is not considered 'stuck'. You would need to remain or gain for 4-6 weeks before that. This is because of fluctuations in your hormones, water retention, how frequently you defecate etc.

    Also, it sounds like your exercise levels may be inconsistent. Try and commit to an exercise routine that you can follow exactly, rather than doing it when you feel like it.
