Wow, you are right, you don't have a lot to lose, most people on her would envy you. stop with the process foods first. Are you a small, medium or large framed person? a small framed person should weight a 120-133. so more for a medium or large framed person.

cut out processed foods. Move, it doesn't matter how, just get up and walk, anytime you exercise standing up, you work your core.which helps the rest of the body. lots of fruits and veggies. You can do it. I have faith in you.

watch the process foods, it's makes you sugar level higher, which causes insulin, eat a lot of veggis and fruits. grains as well

Take something to school/work with you that you can eat on your way there, low in calorie of course, so by the time you get there, you will not be hungry.

Thank you Iggyboo. Do you know how to change you weight. I need to start with what my scale indicates and not my doctors since I have to weight myself on that once a week. I do not believe I lost 6 pounds in two days. So in order for me to really keep track I need to use my scales weight.
