Isopure protien powder

Isopure because it's the first one that hasn't caused stomach discomfort for me.

I still prefer the fitbit flex because the fitbit charge felt too wide to me. The fun colors of bands that you can order online for the flex is an added bonus :)

There is a setting in mfp to turn off negative adjustments i think...?

I've heard that if you eat Kalteen bars and only eat carbs you will lose tons of weight because the Kalteen bars have an ingredient in them that blocks carbs ;)

I thought this thread was going to be about something else, rofl.

Is there fake sugar in the oatmeal? I can't eat fake sugar because it causes me to be hungrier than normal.

Listen to your body, don't rush back into your normal eating habits.

Make your own with a whole wheat pita, super yummy.

I love my fitbit and my polar FT4! The fitbit is on me at all times EXCEPT when I do a workout, that's when I wear my HRM. The two are totally different, best weightloss investment.

I have pcos and am trying to lose weight before continuing on with fertility treatments. It's hard knowing that I'm taking "a break" from ttc but after doing clomid for months I know I need to.

Congrats on 20lbs! I see the difference everywhere :-)

I'm running to the store to get ankle weights and white pants!

Patience... My husband and I desperately want a baby but I need/want to lose the weight first. Sometimes I don't feel like I'm losing enough despite my efforts and I get discouraged.

I have anxiety disorder so I understand how hard it can be but excercise helps :-). Try doing the 30 day shred since you can find it on YouTube. If you find that workout videos work for you then there are tons of options online as well as on demand if you have digital cable. As far as food goes I would work on portion…

It looks amazing on you!
-
Not sure but I'm also trying to lose weight before getting pregnant.

Do yourself a favor and invest in a food scale (as cheap as $20) so you know exactly how much you are eating.

I have anxiety disorder and the only thing that works for my nerous stomach is medication. Things that help a little before I give in and take my medicine are: hard candy, gum, and carbonated drinks.

Quinoa, tempeh, protien shakes, beans, grass fed beef, chicken, fish, Greek yogurt... There are tons of options so find what you like.
-
I take the kids ones because they are the only thing my stomach can handle.
-
I tend to hoard my calories and end up struggling to get them in but in your situation I would eat a salad for dinner and try to sneak in a workout if I needed a snack.

It's next to impossible so get a good workout in and watch your portion sizes. In the grand scheme of things 1 meal isn't going to make or break you but I wouldn't eat at a Mexican restaurant too often.

When I first started my "diet" I did remove temptations from my house but over time I've learned to resist even when these things sneak back into my kitchen. Once I started seeing the results of clean healthy eating I had no desire to eat junk food.

If you are really worried about eating too much fat then maybe cut out one of your servings of nuts a day and replace it with something lower in fat. At least your fats are coming from healthy food so I wouldn't worry too much.

I'm sore from working out but not from losing weight.

I've seen food scales that are priced under $20; they are a dieters best friend!
