I have anxiety disorder and the only thing that works for my nerous stomach is medication. Things that help a little before I give in and take my medicine are: hard candy, gum, and carbonated drinks.

I wish. I've had IBS since I was 12. You need something with calming qualities, like Valium, a sleep aid, alcohol, and/or an antacid.

found it.... "Nabisco - Ritz Crakers" you must mispell it like that for the "ONE cracker" to be an option, lol.

Brandy and Port, half a shot of each, no ice. Of course it depends what you're doing!

You don't need a ONE CRACKER entry, just adjust the serving size.

I would recommend some music, and whatever relaxation techniques you dig. If this is an option for you, maybe try going for a swim...the feeling of floating/moving with the waves is really calming to me, and usually after swimming for a while, I need a nap (which is also relaxing). If you don't have anywhere to swim or don't enjoy swimming, maybe a comfort food or drink would help? It depends what kind of stomach ache we're talking about...

    Feel better!
