Fitbit calories missing

Anyone know why my fitbit calories decrease throughout the day?
I will have over 200 cal burned by lunch time then i check the end of the day and they went down...I wake up this morning and they are completely gone. WTF?

fitbit projects your calories through for the whole day based on what you have done so far
so if you wake up and go for a run fitbit thinks you are going to run all day long, and gives you calories to do so
then when you go to work and sit down for a while it starts taking them away because you are not running all day long
kind of exagerated but thats the basic idea0 -
Thanks. That kinda sucks since I'm trying to calculate what to eat based on what I've burned.0

There is a setting in mfp to turn off negative adjustments i think...?0
