Need recommendations for protein!

What foods can anyone recommend for the most dosage of protein while I am dieting? I am finding that the foods I am consuming are not helping me keep my energy level up. I have been eating mostly lean ground turkey, peanuts, granola bars and corn tortillas.

Looking for protein... try eggs, plain greek yogurt with fresh fruit or honey mixed in.. topped with almonds, fish, chicken. All very lean and will keep you full for a while!0

Try to use protein shakes to supplement the lack of protein you are getting per day. Chicken and fish are amazing sources of protein and there are a variety of protein bars, protein cookies and protein puddings out there if you are really trying to hit your protein goal.0

you are probably getting weaker because you are such a picky eater. Your body needs certain vitamins and nutrients from a variety of sources. I also caution people against too much protein because it is hard on your kidneys. try to just have a more well rounded diet and you will probably start to feel much better.0

Protein isn't what gives you the energy bud.. carbs is what you're looking for (complex carbs)0
