bread is good, better to choose whole wheat or whole grain and try to limit to 2 slices a day.

i feel the same way, they have protein set way to low. ur fine with going over it, i do everyday

i use it, and i have lost 53 pounds since i've started, but i only use one scoop or half of a scoop and i mix it with fruits and 1% milk to make a smoothie.
