90 day Progress Report - Pics

It's has been 90 days since I found MFP and started my new lifestyle so I thought I would do a progrss report. I have posted a before & after pic so maybe you could see a difference. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.

In the beginning:

Weight: 441 lbs
BMI: 59.8
Waste: 68.5"
Neck: 21"

Today:

Weight:387.6
BMI: 52.6
Waste: 61.25"
Neck: 18.5"


Total Progress:

Weight: Down 53.4 lbs
BMI: Down 7.2
Waste: Down 7.25"
Neck: Down 2.5"

    I think it's good to not just keep a log like we do but to also take pictures of our progress. And this is coming from someone who is always behind the camera. ;-)
