I'm trying to alternate between cardio and strength training. I've become pretty addicted to Just Dance 2 on the Wii, so that's what I've been doing to get a lot of my cardio in (I burn about 300 cals in an hour). I'm trying to find exercises that are fun... hence using my Wii. :happy:

I'm not trying to earn more calories for dinner, I just need dinner ideas that are about 500 calories.

It really depend on what you like to eat. If you're into pizza, you can make a healtheir version using whole wheat pitas and loading with with veggies and low-fat mozzarella cheese. Instead of using tomato sauce, I like putting pesto on my pizza for a different flavour.

I agree with spicy tuna. It's my favourite! Sushi is generally healthy, but stay away from anything that has tampura in it (fried batter) as it will increase your calorie intake. Also, if you're into it (I'm not), sashimi is a good option - it's raw fish without rice or seaweed.
