Low carb diets
Hi, Does anyone know of a good "low carb" plan to follow. I'm not looking for something super restrictive (like Atkins), but somethiing I can maintain because I've noticed that I'm a carb junkie and I believe that's what has made me gain weight. Any help you can offer me would be appreciated! :)

Having trouble staying on track with MFP
The last few weeks have been really rough (diet-wise) and I'm finding myself falling off the wagon. I haven't logged my food consistently and I've been craving (and then eating) a lot of junk. I was craving a burger yesterday and decided to go for it since I had over 500 calories left. How often do you exercise?
I'm not sure how frequent I should be exercising. I'm trying to make an effort to exercise at least 4 or 5 times a week. Is this enough? (Note: This is coming from a person who NEVER used to exercise!)

Weight-lifting vs. Cardio workouts?
From everything I've heard, you burn more calories during cardio workouts but how many calories do you typically burn when you are lifting weights? Is it substantially less than a cardio workout?

Just Dance 2 + HRM = 1 Awesome Workout
I just bought a HRM (Polar) and Just Dance 2 this weekend and I love them BOTH! I burned about 300 calories in an hour playing Just Dance on my Wii. Who says exercising had to be boring??? The only problem is, I'm in a bit of pain today (I got REALLY into it). I can't wait to do it again when I get home from work tonight!!

I'm confused. How much over your daily calorie intake can you go without it causing you to gain weight? MFP puts me at 1200 a day and in the last few days my intake has been around 1400 per day.
