At home upper body workout ideas?

What are some good at home workout ideas? I'm looking for upper body exercises (as I am in a wheelchair and have no lower body mobility).

You can do a ton with just an exercise band. It's a great way to build muscle - which in turn burns fat. Each pound of muscle you pack on burns 50 calories of fat a day - it's pretty awesome!
You can google any of these to see youtube examples:
Over Head Tricep Extensions
Bicep Curls
Exercise Band Chest Fly
Military Press
Chest Press
All done with an exercise band - go until the burn is crazy hot, then break for a few seconds, then go again. 3 sets of each move would be a killer workout, all done while seated.

Sometimes I've used books as weights. Take a few and lift them up and down over your head for shoulders or you could even fill milk jugs with various levels of water to do bicep curls or front or lateral arm raises.0
