The time of day you eat has absolutely no affect on you losing weight. Just eat when you're hungry and maintain that calorie deficit and you'll lose weight! :)

That isn't even remotely true. The only way you get more fat is by eating more calories than you are burning. Protein shakes are a great alternative for someone who doesn't really know what to eat and wants to feel fuller, longer.

She said that she went to the doctor and doesn't have a thyroid condition. Calories are calories, no matter where they are coming from. It doesn't make a difference if it was from carbs or fat or protein. I eat a boatload of pasta and as long as I'm within my calorie goal, I'll lose weight.

There is no such thing as starvation mode. The reason why you gained 50 pounds is simply because you are underestimating how many calories you are eating throughout the entire day.

Ah! Thank you! That dress I actually got on the clearance rack at Kohl's! And I saw it and I was like, "Eh, let me even see if it's my size." Size 10. "Well, I don't know if it'll fit, but we can try!" FIRST DRESS I TRIED ON. And that sucker looked pretty lovely, if I do say so myself! Love when things happen like that! :)

Yes, because when you're eating only 900 calories a day 6/7 days and then that one day you eat like a NORMAL human being, the difference between the two is so high.
