Our weight loss support group gets together sometimes at our members houses and play Wii Just Dance. It's amazing how much exercise can be fun when you use it as a game.

TOPS is very much a good thing. When you are losing weight you NEED support in your journey. TOPS is a great support group. I was a TOPS member years ago and did very well with it. I wish you the best of luck.
