I will be 56 next month. Seems to be ok here. :) Only issue for me (besides saggy bits) is that no matter what i do my waist will never be as small (proportionately) as it once was when i was younger :(

i have gone through my share of ruined pants, for the exact same reason, since i was about 11 years old. i can only speak from my own experience, but, after some weight loss and eating back my exercise calories, i found i was getting hungrier too... (i was at 1200 net).... and i took it as a signal from me to me that i needed to up my calories... much as i was afraid to *LOL*. It worked for me, i just had to be super careful…

as a matter of fact bananas (much as i love them) actually make me bloated. As i've gotten older I've found they give me terrible cramps/gas pains. Needless to say i rarely eat them anymore... sadly :( If by bloating you mean water retention, i've found drinking more than 10 glasses of water a day helps with bloating…
