What are foods that decrease bloating? I have always heard bananas. Know of any others?

as a matter of fact bananas (much as i love them) actually make me bloated.

As i've gotten older I've found they give me terrible cramps/gas pains. Needless to say i rarely eat them anymore... sadly :(

If by bloating you mean water retention, i've found drinking more than 10 glasses of water a day helps with bloating overall, and keeping sodium under 1500mg per day works like a charm.

Cranberries/cranberry juice. Its a diuretic so you'll pee all the bloat out

Try a probiotic. They help me tremendously with the bloating. I am currently using Nature's Bounty. Very inexpensive and effective.

You could try taking apple cider vinegar before your meals. I was taking it for a while (The braggs brand "with the mother") and noticed a decrease but my problem is forgetting to do it.
