I had a talk with a dietitian and we came up with a plan I am going to eat healthy 80% of the time 20% being foods that may not necessarily be healthy and this way I dont go back to my old very bad habits (I had an eating disorder)

Thanks all I am feeling a lot better I still had McDonald's but I made a bit better choices. I am going to try just making the smaller changes

Makes sence actually certain foods have always been taboo in my life even as a kid

Same problem easily eat about 5k calories in one sitting I am mad at myself but still do it makes no sense

Every time I see them but I am obese and an army wife so military isnt in it for the money they lose money if you are unhealthy

There is some wonderful advice in this thread I am ignoring the debaters for now because I am looking for support and advice not to talk about what may or not be. Ty so much everyone atm I am trying moderation. My husband is in control of the sweets and is doing a great job

I do actually think I have a bit of an eating disorder I find myself binging a lot and have in the past purged though I have not done that in some time

There is a condition called high functioning depression. If anything talking to a professional may help you get to the root of your problems. You have been through a lot just having a unbiased person to listen may help you more than anything.

May I suggest talking to a doctor. Getting medical help was the best thing I have ever done for myself.
