Working out after an injury?

Was thinking about working out for the first time since I dislocated my shoulder nothing crazy just a walk but I will be pushing a stroller any thoughts I dont go back to the doctor for 2 more weeks

I would avoid anything that could put stress or resistance on the injured area until the doc gives you the go ahead. Just my thoughts.2
