How is everyone doing on this new way of eating. i just purchased the book on Sat and today is my first day.... i am concerned about the amount of food I have to eat but I am interested in jump starting my metabolism. I would love to be friends with people that are doing this to give and receive support...

you may have to spend more than you plan... the best HRM are the ones that you enter age, weight, height, to ensure you get an accurate calorie burn.good luck !!!

I have to agree with everyone and get fitted... but i just recently bought a pair of Nike Shox and I have back problems and honestly as soon as I put the shoes on it made a difference .... invest in the best shoe for your situation.... good luck... And thankz everyone for explaining bump... i have been wondering…

Don't quit.... you are just in a rut........maybe you could take a closer look at what your diet consists of...may be you are eating but not the right things ......try to switch things up and maybe for a week..... if you don't mind me asking what is your disability? and at least you are walking... pleas keep your head…
