Its a fact, i tried this out worked well. The trick is you must lots and lots of water. Also this diet restricts your vitamins, so you must have vitamin pills. But for long term weight loss this is not ideal. Try Keto for sustained long term weight loss.

It may infact be good, It might help accelerate your metabolism. Just control your diet for the next few days more rigorously. You will loose what you gained up.

I was on Keto and for the first 10 days it was frustrating and had a lot of white chocolate cravings. Also did not loose weight. But after the first 10 days i have steadily been loosing weight like crazy on an average 400 to 600 grams a day!!! BTW don't forget to calculate your carbs/ fat on the food diary. Keto is good…
