I have been on keto for 11 days. I have been in ketosis for 8 days straight. I am a 245 lb male in my mid 40's. I hava a heavy build and about 20 - 22% body fat. I excercise 3-4 times per week - jogging and gym.
I have not lost any weight. I got through the keto flu after the first few days and feel Ok but a 'lil tired. I am tracking my daily fat/carbs/protein/sodium and fiber. I am staying below 25 carbs and 150 protein per day. My caloric intake is anywhere from 1500 - 2000 per day. I am using the 60/35/5 ratio.
I have not lost any weight. Am I being overly anxious to see weight loss results? Am I doing something wrong?

I was on Keto and for the first 10 days it was frustrating and had a lot of white chocolate cravings. Also did not loose weight.
But after the first 10 days i have steadily been loosing weight like crazy on an average 400 to 600 grams a day!!!
BTW don't forget to calculate your carbs/ fat on the food diary.
