I love putting cottage cheese on crisp bread, like Ryvita. You get to eat a lot for very few calories. I also am a bit of a Larabar addict, they are great when my energy is low and I'm getting the hunger shakes.

I'm 5'7 and 151 lbs. My measurements are 33-30-39 and I just fit into a Canadian size 10/11 on the bottom and a size 6/8 on top.
