Count me in. In Ca. I am about 174 and need to get to 140. So far I have been on Atkins for 2 months and doing Julian Michaels 90 revolution daily, for 4 days now. I double my cardio, So after my regular workout, I continue and do the cardio dvd for another 30. :)

Help so I did Julian Michaels revolution day 2 and also did cardio day 1 the help speed up my metabolism. My I watch said I burned a total of 551 calories, but then said active calories are 418. Which would be correct?

I did Julian Michaels shred it with weights and my watch said I burned 206 calories in 25 minutes. Level 1 is a 25 minute video. I am a female, 5'4 and weigh 175. So I added it to my fitness pal workouts as a cardio workout. Hope this helps.

I have been on Atkins for 14 days as of today and only lost 2 or 3 pounds. I drink about 3 diet sodas a day. I also drink 1 splenda in the mornings with my decaf coffee. I have not cheated and think that the slow weight loss is due to diet soda Diet coke and diet dr. pepper. Any thoughts anyone?

My trainer (years ago) said you have to eat something 20 minutes before workouts so your body can have something to start burning. Made sense. He said this after my brother and he fainted

I have been taking Phetermine for 3 weeks now, eating better, but no weight loss yet. i do get extremely horny which had not happened since I had my child. I love that part of it. Wish I was loosening weight though.

Hi, I actually have lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I am working out, alot of cardio, burning about 800 calories per day and when it says I can eat more, I do not, I stick to my 1200 calories a day, except today, I cheated. So its working. Stick to your initial calories and do alot of cardio and you'll keep loosing. You can see…
