It's great for getting you running. I started with this in April and I can now run continuously for 45 minutes. Doesn't make you lose weight but definitely improves your fitness and tones your body x

I bought a gel seat pad for my exercise bike which seems to help. The more you ride the the better it becomes! It's like your bum becomes used to it! X

I refuse to cut carbs as I love them too much. I have lost 34 lbs since this time last year but most of it since Ocotber when I really started to track what I am eating. It is all about recording EVERYTHING you eat and of course exercising. I power walk for an hour each day and I am doing the 5:2 diet. Works a treat!
