Last half stone to lose and really struggling!

So far I have lost 31lbs and now weigh 141lbs. I want to lose a final half stone for summer which means I have about 7 weeks. One pound a week. I am totally motivated to exercise and am running and cycling but just cannot seem to get my eating back under control. I have maintained this weight for about two months now and need some help with my final last stone! Help me please ...

    Been there...doing that. I was in the same place March / April. I took a break over Easter and now seem to be back in a better eating place. Though I do have to be very careful not to dive into the chocolate or Cookies.

    Being honest to myself and confessing to my MFP and Fitness friends seemed to help me. After I confessed, so did many others. So just knowing, I'm not the only one is comforting.

    I guess the closer we are to our goal, the more we slack of a bit and at the same time our body needs less and less calories. I have come to terms with the fact, that These last 3-4kg are going to take a while. otherwise it would drive me crazy and stall my losses. Last May I was losing 4kg/month. Now I'm happy if I achieve 1kg/mth. Slow and steady wins the race!

    Be proud of what you have achieved! 31lbs is alot!

    Thanks for your inspiration! Must keep going as it's such a slippery slope for me and I do not want to start gaining all that I have lost! X
