Yes but be aware that this isn't going to be entirely accurate because the MFP database just spits out numbers based on a formula, not on how hard you are actually working. It's fine as an estimate, but many people find it's an overestimate. If you eat back exercise calories I'd only eat 50-75% of them back if using any of the MFP database entries over a heart rate monitor.0 -
I started yesterday, and I have an Heart rate Monitor which I use to measure the calories and guarantee that i stay in the interval
30DS L1 D1 - 202 cal - with no free weights
30DS L1 D2 - 179 cal - with 2.2 lbs free weights
so I will keep registering different values every day
I have 147lbs and I'm 5´4´0
