Anyone know how to calorie count 30 day shred?

Starting 30 day shred tonight, anyone know how to calorie count it? Thanks

    Yes but be aware that this isn't going to be entirely accurate because the MFP database just spits out numbers based on a formula, not on how hard you are actually working. It's fine as an estimate, but many people find it's an overestimate. If you eat back exercise calories I'd only eat 50-75% of them back if using any of the MFP database entries over a heart rate monitor.

    I started yesterday, and I have an Heart rate Monitor which I use to measure the calories and guarantee that i stay in the interval
    30DS L1 D1 - 202 cal - with no free weights
    30DS L1 D2 - 179 cal - with 2.2 lbs free weights

    so I will keep registering different values every day

    I have 147lbs and I'm 5´4´
