I try to go as vegan as possible, but am more vegetarian. Every now and then some dairy slips in and I enjoy fish. Can't help it. Smiles

My guess is it's the toxins trying to make their way out. Make sure you're getting enough healthy fiber and lots of water to wash them out. THE best stuff ever!! Love it! I also love the natural almond butter. I get the big jar of it from COSTCO, for only about $6. Which is way cheaper than the smaller jars elsewhere. :)

It's Jillian's "Circuit Training." It's designed to do 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs, for 3 circuits. If I don't exercise, I usually go over my allotted 1410 calories. Ugh...so I appreciate getting those extras on the days I work out. And I also notice the days I work out, I feel so much better. I feel blah and unproductive on non-workout days. I really should consider going back to daily exercise! ;)

I think this above is exactly what happened. My partner "lied" about her start weight on this, and it really screwed with her numbers. She finally faced reality, changed the number to reflect accurate weight, and it fixed it. Check your original weight settings. ;) Good job on the weight loss though, whoop! :)
