How do I log a strength training workout mixed with some short cardio bursts that keeps the heart rate up?

I want to start doing a jillian michaels dvd and it is mostly strength training but there is a little bit of cardio in there as well, how would I log this in?

    You can create your own exercise, and use a heart rate monitor to get your calorie burn count. :)
  • i don't have a hr monitor.. but i just posted about hr monitors..
    how accurate are they?

    i have been doing 30 day shred for a few days and i was recommended to log it as circuit training :D
