I found this article, although I didn't become a runner this way it may have been more effective/faster if I did.

    This is a similar concept to C25K which I'm currently doing at the moment and its very interesting and a pretty good way to start in my opinion.

    I like the excuses not to run, even though some of them don't apply to me. Most of them are the reason I now run alone, because all my friends find excuses ^_^
