I messed up yesterday also, went to the movies and had popcorn. I have to say though, I was very, very nauseated and having some took that away..I know it wasn't a good choice though.

Does anyone know if sugar free jello is OK on low carb? I can't find a clear answer anywhere.

Maybe you can ask for them to saute your beef and broccoli with no sauce....the sauce is what packs in most of the carbs

I'm also behind, I'm just going to try to get as close as possible, maybe we can start a July challenge and kick it up a notch, maybe add 100 miles and 25 days of exercise or something like that

I'm at 41.3...I have fallen behind since there are only 12 days left, I'm still trying, I'm still hoping to get the 100 or as close as possible...no giving up...I think it's fine to count steps as well :)
