I had a real trouble giving up a lot of foods. I used to eat 4 bags of crisps a day, now I only eat 1 every couple of days. Donner kebab, even when I was eating I knew how bad it was. 1 large donner kebab is around 1,800 calories!!!!! Meat pizza... the works, pepperoni, sausage, mince meat, chicken... must... resist....…

I know what you mean. I'm 6ft3 and the difference 15lbs made was unbelievable. When I started dieting I really underestimated the impact losing the first 50lbs would be like.

Sometimes I leave my breakfast until 3-4 hours after I wake up. It just depends on when I feel like eating. If I wake up at 7am, I would usually eat around 10am. If I woke up at 11am, I'd eat around 12pm. Just depends, really. It is an important meal, and you should always try to eat breakfast when you can. It fills you…

I weighed around 290-320 pounds when I started dieting, now I'm around 245 :D It's hard, but it's worth it. Once you lose the first 50 pounds it's an amazing feeling :D

Have a good big breakfast. Lot's of food that will keep you awake, concentrated and energized. Don't have something really greasy, as that makes you feel tired about an hour later. So even if I ate 1,800 calories, but exercised for 1 hour, burning 400 hundred, I would have to eat another 400 anyway? What would be the point in exercising then?

I used to eat fruit all the time, but then I saw it was high in sugar so it put me off :( Does the sugar in fruit count, anyway? It's not like the sugar people put in cereal and stuff, it's natural sugar so it cant be that bad, right?
