I ran on the spot for 30 minutes, is that good enough?
I ran on the spot for 30 minutes. 5 minutes then 4 minutes 3 minutes 2 minutes 1 minute. And then repeated 5 minutes 4minutes 3minutes 2minutes 1minute. Is that good enough, for today? And how many calories would the average person burn doing this?

Lost 20 lbs in my first month and a half of MFP - so happy
I started dieting 2 months before I came on MFP, so I have probably lost around 30 lbs. I feel great. To people who have just started dieting: Stick with it, the benefits are amazing. Do you burn around 3,500 calories per day?
Just doing normal things. Not exercising, or anything. I'm just curious :) Like walking to the shops, walking to school/work. Cleaning your bedroom/around the house. Every day things.
