Lost 20 lbs in my first month and a half of MFP - so happy

I started dieting 2 months before I came on MFP, so I have probably lost around 30 lbs. I feel great.
To people who have just started dieting:
Stick with it, the benefits are amazing.
My breathing is better, I managed to run for a solid 10 minutes - I couldn't even do 2 minutes, before lol. :laugh:
I didn't think losing the first 50lbs would feel any different, never mind 20!
