It depends how tall you are, your weight, and what your goals are. Unless you are quite a bit overweight, I can't see this doing all that much for you. It is better than nothing, though.0 -
for your weight and male, depending on your height, around 250 calories for 30 minutes.
150 calories is for a smaller person or maybe someone who is in better physical health.
