I've actually just done the recipe thing for my lunch - Tesco bread roll and Tesco crumbed ham (1 slice) and it works out at 207 calories so the 200 on the database is not far out. I had done the calculation in the past. I don't like dairy products other than milk in my cup of tea. As for the other stuff I'll try to log…

I would love to but waiting on surgery for torn meniscus so running is definitely out for the time being.

The quick add was some boiled sweets today. As for the Domino's sodium values that's obviously down to what has been input into the food bank on here. As for whether it's right or wrong I don't know?
-
But I'm getting my TDEE from my body media armband and that pretty much matches with online calculators.
-
No I've been doing the TDEE - 25% for a while now but managed to reset everything hence it looking like it was only about 2 weeks ago that I changed it. I know some days my intake is a little low - mad busy with school inspection has really knocked my appetite.

I'm a secondary school PE teacher so constantly on my feet. I was doing the 30 day shred but have problems with my left knee so have had to stop that for a while. Only exercise at present is walking/slow jog.
-
I've made it public now - sorry for that
-
Be proud - you look great
-
Brilliant - well done you

Bump!

I eventually want to lose more than the 17kg it says I have to go, but I thought I would set that as my initial goal.
-
I'm eating between 1200 - 1400 calories a day normally, although was a little lower last week as I was unwell. I am tracking my calorie use on a bodymedia armband. I am new to the RI30 workouts but have been following the 30DS so shouldn't have too much water retention.
-
I have the UK version and love it. Only thing that puts me off is wearing the arm band on sunny days like we're having today!
-
North Wales - welcome to add me if you wish

Happy for people to add me...

I bought the Bodymedia (KI Fit) as I'm in the UK and I love it. Yes theres a monthly fee - but it still works out less than attending weight watchers or similar. I bought mine on ebay and got it at a great price. I love being able to see immediate data about my calorie use, steps etc and can tailor my calorie intake to my…

My bodymedia says I have used 2650 calories today, MFP has adjusted these to be 573 exercise calories. I'm currently sat with 584 calories remaining. (Consumed 1389 from food/drink). Does this sound ok?
-
First day with mine so unsure of exact use....My calorie use today says 2623 and I'm aiming for -25% so just cut my calorie to -25% of the 2623? Also do I need to change any settings in MFP activity level setting? I'm sure I've read that it should be set at sedentary?
-
I was talking about my MFP settings

Thanks everyone for their advice - I'm thinking the fitbit One or body media (Ki Fit in UK) - basically depends on price. Going to buy a polar ft7 too.
-
Thanks - So fitbit, Jawbone or other? I know which HR monitor I will buy.
-
Feel free to add me too. New ish to this but logging daily and going to be here for a while
-
Hi All I'm a high school teacher. Feel free to add me everyone. Got a feeling I'll be here for a while - lots to lose!
-
Fab! You look great - hoping I can achieve similar results
-
I only saw this today so I'm starting on day 2
-
I best start eating more then....I worked off more than I ate yesterday
-
So basically yes eat the workout calories too? If I don't does it speed up weight loss or slow it down?
-
My daily target is 1200 calories according to the app. Today I ate 1043 calories but with working out, gardening etc I burnt 1217 through exercise. Should I be eating those too?
