Hi, I have this issue from time to time. I get upset at myself when I do. Im no expert , but when I get to feeling like this. I get some type of detox tea.(Yogi or Celestrial seasonings are the two I use). I increase my greens(kale, spinach ect) and green tea. I will take a day off from working out. it normally helps me…

I try my best not to let anything stand in the way, however I crave chocolate during that time. I continue to workout. I can't lie to you, I do slack of(normally the first day) and I limit myself to my comfort foods. Most of the time I stay within my calories.

My favorite is cashew coconut. At Gnc the cost is 2.39. the most I have paid for a bar at any other stor is 3.99. A box from their website is like 30 bucks.

Anything under 1200 calories could cause you not to reach your goals. When you complete you meal log at the end of the day on MFP if you eat under 1200 calories, it expalins that. I hope this helps. I didn't start losing weight until I started eating correctly and I don't see how 800 c alories would be enough.

I brought this and this and I have to say as much as i Love peanut butter,I didn't enjoy it. I have a full jar only tried once. I will give it a second try since some one mentioned that they put it in smoothie.

I love them. I have been eating them for a snack in the afternoon, or as a desert. They are really good, however if you don't work out, they could add weight to you. If you are just eating them and not working out, because of the protein in them, it could add punds. Im not a pro, however this is what i was told. My weight…

Your schedule sounds like mine :-) I drink green tea instead of coffee. It gives me the boost I need , but also allows me to sleep. As far as chocolate(which I love) I eat a chocolate quest bar, which gives me a boost as well as my chocolate fix.

It depends, if it is something new(recipe) I will log it first to see the effects it will have on the rest of my day. My normal things, I put them on as I eat them.

I keep my diary open to give my friends food ideas. I also like the fact that my friends can look and tell me better options for some of my gulity pleasures to stay on track.

I find that it works great. I meal plan on Sunday for the week. Leeaves me extra time during the weeek. Plus Im less likely to cheat if my meals are already planned,cooked and ready to pop in the microwave.
