Yes. I weight train 3/4x a week and I do cardio 2/3x a week. I take my measurements as well and they have not changed for awhile.

My fitness instructor who has lost almost 70lbs herself told me that if you want to lose bf% to have as many grams as your goal weight. So since my goal is to get to 105lbs I should be having around 105g of protein daily.

On weekdays I go either right after work or when my kids go to bed (5:30 or 8:30). On the weekends I go as early as possible.

I get so busy during the weekend that I usually forget to log anything, but I can try to remember, but I still feel that won't help since I know I eat decent on the weekends, sometimes I know I eat way less on the weekends then I do on the weekdays though.
