Well, I made it to 50 miles. Very pleased since this was my first challenge. I am going to try to make it to 60 miles by the end of the month!

Well, realized late last week that there was a map my walk app, downloaded it and was pleasantly surprised that i have been walking a little farther each walk than I thought. Now I will be able to log miles more accurately. Hope you all have a great day!

Hmmm, found out they have a mapmywalk app and I am happy to say I have been underestimating my walk to work by .1 miles. I know it isn't a lot but over a months time of walking to work it adds up!

I say count it. I walk to work most days 28-32 minutes one way depending on how fast I walk and I log it in addition to any other exercise I get. I am pretty sure that the calories burned walking to work would not get burned if you didn't walk. Now, if you are asking because you are wondering about earning back extra…

Knee pain knocked me out a couple of days but I will do my best to catch back up!

Pretty sure you can gain weight off eating anything. It is still all about calories in vs calories burned. Nothing wrong with eating whatever you want as long as it fits in your daily calorie plan. Good luck!
