GOAL IS TO AIM FOR 60 MILES OF WALKING IN AUGUST
-that means I need to do almost 2 miles a day with no rest days!!!!!!
Thursday August 1st
-walked 2.62 miles with my husband as I had us walk to the grocery store then back home to put the groceries away then I had us go back out and walk around the neighbourhood as I hadn't walked 2 miles in the walk to and from the grocery store and I wanted to start the first day of August off on the right foot by getting my 2 miles done
