    I cut the first box & then go to your post & edit & paste the box from the ticker site. Let me know if this is clear?

    I just finished Ease Into 5k and am ready to start the 10k program. This will be a fun motivator!

    Going to come across really thick now but I've got my ticker code from tickerfactory, but how do I get it onto mfp. I cut it and tried to paste it but nothing's happening. Please, what am I doing wrong?


    Use the first box that has a code in it. Be sure to copy and paste everything that is in that box and it should work for you.

    Go to your bookmarked ticker & add the miles where it says to add. Only put the number like 03. Hope this helps.]
