  • I had the same problem and I was in tip top shape. Jillian does too much jumping and it will kill your knees if you're not careful. I'd rather do 45 minutes of kickboxing than 20 minutes of Jillian.

  • Just doing a quick calculation of net calories-exercise= calories for the week, you only consumed about 655 calories a day for the last 7 days. I doubt you would gain anything unless of course your body thinks your calories were too low.
