I chose a different way to challenge myself. I chose a destination I wanted to walk to and a time frame I want to do it in. I'm tracking the miles on my treadmill. 144 miles. Only 4 1/2 down so far. But I'll make it.

That's awesome. I too look to inspire others with the " if I can do it so can you." Attitude. I don't have as much to lose. But being disabled its incredibly hard to do the eccercises I need to to lose weighr. But I'm doing it. Slowly but surwly. It will eventually come off. Ty for sharing your inspirational story.

Congrats I quit drinking it in 2005. If I take a sip for the heck of it it just tastes disgusting and upsets my stomach now. I lost 30 pounds really quick when I stopped drinking it.

I don't need professional help honestly I'm quite stable. I did not and do not purge after eating. I was just shocked and disapointed when I saw the calorie, fat, and sodium count. I guess I should have expected that for fast food after all.

Thanks so much for all your support. Between that and the 85 minutes of walking on the treadmill and outside today. I'm already feeling better and will think twice before I let my stomach and cravings do the thinking again. I'm sure I could have made wiser choices and just let myself get over hungry.

Thank you, yes I've tried the recumbant bike and the nustep mschine through therapy. A nustep is a type of sitting step machine which is a lot easier on my knee. The bike causes me pain.
