From 7/1-7/4 I earned 51 minutes of exercise so I have 23 hrs and 9 mins left to go.
7/5-7/6 earned an extra 1hr and 42mins leaving me with 21hrs 27mins left
from 7/7-7/10- i earned an extra 2 hrs and 20mins. Leaving me with 19hrs and 7mins left!!! Woot woot.
Everyone else seems to be doing pretty good as well. keep up the good work.0 -

I am a little late to the challenge but still might try to take it on. I can never seem to find the time to exercise but I sure have time to watch some TV in the evening!! Maybe this will give me some incentive or at least a goal. Feel like a float around alone in space with my weight loss struggles.0

You can join anytime and even if you don't make the whole 24hrs this month, it helps to see how much you can do and having a challenge always makes me do more than I would have otherwise0 -
Since I just started on july 1 working out I know I won't meet the goal because i'm trying not to injure myself since I'm so heavy. but so far this what I got.
7/1/13: 1 hr Treadmill 1.8 Miles
7/3/13: 1 hr Treadmill 1.8 Miles
7/4/13: 1 hr Treadmill 1.9 Miles
7/5/13: 1 hr Treadmill 1.9 Miles
7/6/13: 1 hr Treadmill 2 Miles
7/7/13: 45 Min Light Cleaning
7/8/13: 1 hr Treadmill 2.1 Miles
7/9/13: 1 hr Treadmill 2.2 Miles

I chose a different way to challenge myself. I chose a destination I wanted to walk to and a time frame I want to do it in. I'm tracking the miles on my treadmill. 144 miles. Only 4 1/2 down so far. But I'll make it.0

From 7/1-7/4 I earned 51 minutes of exercise so I have 23 hrs and 9 mins left to go.
7/5-7/6 earned an extra 1hr and 42mins leaving me with 21hrs 27mins left
from 7/7-7/10- i earned an extra 2 hrs and 20mins. Leaving me with 19hrs and 7mins left!!! Woot woot.
