  • I have taken them for years, as part of treatment for m.s. Under the advise of my nuero. If you keep them in the fridge it helps reduce the fish burps, taking them with meals also helps
  • My favorite right now is the Quaker Mini Delights Chocolatey Mint- 90 calorie. They act as my substitute for Thin Mints. The Cottage Cheese recipe looks great!
  • 205-- No Loss 1 chocolate. I will do better next week! Goal next week down 2.
  • I will sometimes log light house work, but it is on specific days, such as the day I carry all the laundry down 2 flights of stairs, sort return empty hampers and carry the clean clothing up and put away. I figure that job is a good work out. I will also count the calories when I do something like cleaning the outside…
  • I am sure your visit is over by now, but when visiting my Grandparents I have the same problem. Even if you want to eat out healthy the restaurant choices are non existant. I always go to the grocery and pick up a the items to make a few healthy meals and snacks. I then cook a double batch of the dinners and put them in…
  • I have to try some of these....they sound like just the fix I need on some days
  • Thanks the recipe looks great. I like the quaker chocolate mint bars- They are my substitute for thin mints, those evil little girl scout cookies.
  • We love the reduced fat soy or skim milk. The almond and coconut milk are out of the question as one of mine is allergic to almonds and several other tree nuts, consumption may be fatal- so we will skip that option. We avoid milk with hormones, but I am not sure that is what is contributing to early puberty- The combo of…
  • Sounds great- I need to try these
  • I'm in! 10lbs in 7 weeks. The support would be great. I'm pretty new here and the 10lbs would get me under 200 and out of the obese catagory.
  • They may not be able to alter the dress enough, but that shouldn't stop you! Call the place you are buying the dress from and explain the situation- They may be able to order a smaller size and do a exchange. Congratulations and as a Mom I would never advise my baby girl to stop loosing weight and she is getting married in…
  • I have a huge weakness for breads and pasta as well. I am finding if I wish to indulge in these to at least make sure it is whole wheat- it gives me some protein and feel satisfied with less, If making lasagna or spaghetti using 2% cheese and lean ground turkey or chicken in place of ground beef. I make most of my own…
  • Okay I have been really wanting some Thin Mints, but I would not just have 1 or 2 so I saw the Quaker mini delights "chocolatey mint" flavor. They were pretty good and at 90 calories for a bag worth the splurge.
  • I like to make a breakfast sandwich with egg whites and use sandwich thins instead of english muffins. I also add veggies and sometimes cheese if I will be doing a heavy workout that day.
  • That is exactly what I was thinking. This is not the biggest loser, we are all out in the real world living, working and eatting, not on the Ranch. Keep up the good work.
  • I hate the light dressings as well. I have tried the Bolthouse Ranch and Bluecheese. They are both really good, no sweetness and non of the fake gross light taste. The Ranch has 70 cals in 2 Tbs and the Blue Cheese has 50 in the 2Tbs. Good luck
  • I agree with the site design of WW, it is sensory overload. It is also a real pain to convert everything to points and then keep track of the points. This cuts out a step and it is free. I also like the community here.
