I would love to do strength training. I am concerned about squats because I tore my ACL about 12 years ago and the weight seems to cause it to inflame. Is there a video that I can watch on how to do proper squats?

Thanks for the help!!! I know it seems like a lot for a short period of time, but I know i can do it. It was so much easier before, when i was single and working nights. I was reading up on how many calories to eat in a day and from what I read, 1400-1600. It seems like a lot. What would y'all recommend?
